THE iDENTiTY CRiSiS and King George are two separate artists from two different cities, in two different countries, collaborating on a long distance project; united by timezone and musical tastes.
Paul Castro aka THE iDENTiTY CRiSiS is a solo artist from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He is a vocalist, instrumentalist, songwriter, and composer/producer that has credits for work with Lilly Singh (aka iiSuperwomanii), the RZA (from the Wu-Tang Clan), as well as members of Theory of a Deadman and Finger Eleven. Handling the majority of the vocal and songwriting duties on “A Dark Light Vol. 1”, THE iDENTiTY CRiSiS used these songs as a cheap substitute for a therapist’s chair.
King George aka Randall Crawford hails from Orlando, Florida, an accomplished songwriter, producer and vocalist that has worked on various Gold and Platinum selling, Grammy nominated and winning albums. His songwriting credits include tobyMac, Tait, and dc Talk. Handling the majority of the production, King George seamlessly fuses an old school approach with a new school feel.
