A very unique and interesting sound both musically and vocally. Quite a few interesting musical intricacies going on throughout the track. Refreshing to hear a different sound for a change. The song tells the story of a talented rock star / popular socialite figure who wastes away his talents and love and life by reckless living – always on the party scene and living the ‘rock’n’roll’ lifestyle – a Hedonistic Libertine way of life… And at the end all the freedoms and liberties he thought he was enjoying leave him feeling empty as his world falls apart… (quite an epic ending to this video clip). If nothing else, this song could be taken as a bit of a wake-up call…
